Experteer Overview
As a Test Engineer in Industrial Testing, you will shape testing strategies for electric and software-enabled products. You’ll work with Ru0026amp;D and cross-functional teams to validate requirements, develop test programs, and ensure robust test coverage across hardware and software domains. You will contribute to automated testing and equipment qualification, supporting the transition to series production. This role offers impact on product quality, production efficiency, and sustainable manufacturing at a integral automotive innovator.

• Analyse customer requirements, legal regulations and internal specifications to define testing strategies
• Develop EOLT specifications for new equipment (Hardware u0026 Software)
• Design and develop complex test programs, processes and systems to measure product functionality and integrality in electrical and programming domains
• Analyse test cases and failures to propose actionable scenarios
• Participate in DFT Design Review with Ru0026D to verify SW and methodology coverage
• Contribute to functional tester software development and improvements
• Review Functional Testers development for technical issues and planning




• Collaborate with Software Validation to ensure complete test coverage of all requirements
• Create electronic test plans from customer specifications and internal standards
• Support the creation of test equipment and tester hardware specifications for automated racks
• Validate testers through validation, capability, test coverage and stability assessments
• Monitor testing TLR, analyze defects and propose corrective actions
• Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards and propose standard changes by sites for new investments
• Validate assembly line scope on CAA including concept, cycle time and investment values
• Contribute to product u0026 process FMEA and support testing technicians in daily work
• Support transition of new processes into series production with equipment specs and qualification
• Define activities to integrate testing equipment into broader manufacturing cells
• Conduct equipment surveys to support continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Develop an industrial cross-project competence
• Promote Valeo Industrial standard rules and procedures
• Ensure safety and environment procedures are followed
