What you'll do Customer Support & Sales: Handle inbound queries (calls, emails, chat, and tasks) related to post-sales customer requests. Fast & Effective Responses: Provide quick and accurate solutions to customer inquiries. Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls when necessary, coordinating with customers and internal business units to resolve issues. Sales & Upselling: Generate quotes and follow up with a cross-selling and up-selling approach while maintaining a service-oriented attitude. Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s product portfolio and post-sales processes. Order & Claims Management: Manage post-sales tasks such as order cancellations, claims, refunds, delivery tracking, and escalations, using tools like CRM & Order Status Suite What we're looking for Language Proficiency: Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and fluent in English. Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or sales. Sales Knowledge: Familiarity with sales techniques (cross-selling, up-selling, objection handling, etc.).
