Your main responsibilities will include:

- Supporting residents with their daily basic needs, personal hygiene routines, and scheduled postural changes according to the nursing care protocol

- Assisting residents who cannot eat independently, supervising meal times, and ensuring proper hydration throughout the day

- Administering prescribed oral medication as directed by the nursing coordinator

- Helping residents maintain their personal autonomy and encouraging their active participation in the center's social life

- Making beds, collecting room laundry,



and assisting residents with mobility and transfers to scheduled therapy sessions and activities

What you should bring to the role:

- An intermediate vocational training certificate in healthcare or geriatric care (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio)

- At least 3 months of relevant experience in nursing or geriatric assistance

- A compassionate, empathetic, and responsible approach to elder care

- Availability to work full-time on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with appropriate rest periods
