As a Senior Cost Manager in our Spain Cost Management team, you will own cost control for client projects, guiding estimations, cost planning and procurement activities. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate cost outcomes and robust contract administration. You’ll manage pre- and post-contract QS duties and contribute to tender processes and final accounts, shaping successful delivery for real estate and infrastructure projects. This role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and the chance to progress quickly in a supportive, integral firm.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Lead pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties (cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, final accounts)
• Perform estimating and cost planning,



including final cost plan presentation
• Manage tendering and procurement processes (pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report, contractual documents)

Responsabilidades
• A recognized Degree Qualification
• Experience as a QS or Cost Manager, preferably in a consultancy
• Sector experience across real estate construction projects
• High motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish with strong bid-writing skills
