What are we looking for?

An Run & Support Project Manager to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.

Responsibilities:

Run & Production Management

o Lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure, ensuring high availability and

operational stability

o Supervise incident resolution (L1, L2, L3) and ensure SLA/SLO compliance

o Coordinate major incident management (MIM) and communication with

stakeholders

o Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective actions

• Technical Evolution & Infrastructure Initiatives

o Lead technical evolution projects, including:

- Integration with enterprise security systems
- Infrastructure modernization and obsolescence management
- Optimization of performance, resilience, and maintainability

o Manage technical roadmap and prioritization of infrastructure initiatives

• Security & Vulnerability Management

o Coordinate remediation of security vulnerabilities (EVS / IVS) across platforms

o Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and internal policies

o Drive coordination between security teams and technical teams to track and

close risks

• Change Management & Governance

o Validate risk, impact, dependencies, and rollback strategies

o Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks and corporate procedures

o Coordinate complex changes across multi-country environments

• CI/CD & DevOps Toolchain Infrastructure

o Coordinate infrastructure evolution of CI/CD toolchains and DevOps

environments

o Ensure alignment between infrastructure and deployment pipelines





o Support automation and continuous delivery practices

• Agile & Delivery Management

o Manage and track user stories and technical backlog in Agile environments

o Use tools such as JIRA and/or Octane for backlog management and delivery

tracking

o Collaborate with Product Owners and squads to ensure alignment between

business and technical priorities

o Participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)

• Project Management & Governance

o Lead infrastructure-related initiatives following project lifecycle phases

(initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)

o Ensure adherence to governance processes, reporting, and decision bodies

(e.g., Steering Committees)

o Provide structured reporting on risks, progress, and deliverables

o Manage stakeholders across IT, business, and security domains

• Stakeholder & Multi-country Coordination

o Coordinate activities across multiple countries and teams

o Act as a bridge between operations, engineering, security, and business

stakeholders

o Ensure strong communication and alignment at all levels

Requirements:

• Tools: JIRA, Octane, ServiceNow

• Infrastructure: Windows, Linux, Cloud environments

• Protocols: APIs, SFTP, CFT

• Security: mTLS, SAML, vulnerability remediation processes

• Methodologies: ITIL, Agile, DevOps
