Role Description This full-time Travel Agent role at Tawy Tours is an on-site position based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The Travel Agent will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international trips, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tour packages. Responsibilities include managing reservation systems, providing accurate travel information, handling changes and cancellations, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. The role involves recommending travel options based on client preferences and budget, promoting relevant services and offers, and coordinating with suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. The Travel Agent will also maintain client records, process payments, resolve issues promptly, and contribute to sales targets through proactive and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in handling Reservations and Travel Arrangements,



including flights, hotels, tours, and related services.

- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.

- Experience with Car Rental bookings and coordination as part of comprehensive travel itineraries.

- Sales skills to promote travel packages, upsell services, and support revenue goals while maintaining client trust.

- Profiency in Amadeus, travel booking platforms and similar systems, as well as basic office software.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area and collaborate effectively with a team.

- Fluency in Spanish and good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. xcskxlj

- Previous experience in travel agencies, tourism, or hospitality is preferred.
