Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the reliability and performance of mechanical seals at customer facilities, focusing on diagnosis, installation support, and maintenance planning. You will drive improvements in MTBR through root cause analyses and structured reporting, while coordinating on-site actions and documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor critical equipment and implement corrective actions. This position offers hands-on field work with a focus on reliability and maintenance excellence at customer sites.

• Implement and continuously improve the Reliability Action Plan for mechanical seals at customer sites (Tarragona)
• Provide on-site assessment, diagnosis, and installation support for mechanical seals
• Execute and monitor planned equipment inspection routes within the plant




• Perform root cause analyses of recurring failures to improve MTBR
• Maintain documentation and tracking in contract/management systems
• Monitor critical equipment ("bad actors") and develop corrective actions
• Prepare structured inspection and condition reports

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, and instrumentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in failure analysis
• Experience in industrial environments or maintenance operations is advantageous
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluency in English and Spanish
