Experteer Overview In this role, you will own and evolve Nexthink's observability platform to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery. You will work closely with a large engineering organization to set technical direction and implement scalable, production-grade solutions. You will apply AI and large language models to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvement opportunities. Your work will focus on reliability, performance, and governance of the observability stack, delivering impact across the business. This is a high-visibility, autonomous position with direct influence on engineering efficiency and customer value.Compensaciones / Ventajas - Design, develop, and own an advanced observability platform integrated via APIs using DataDog, AWS, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry and more. - Leverage AI/LLM capabilities to automate root-cause analysis and surface improvements across the platform. - Administer and optimize the observability platform for performance, reliability, cost, and governance. - Monitor,
