Experteer Overview The Aero Cost Leader drives multi-year cost-reduction programs for the Aeroderivative business, coordinating across Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, and Operations to deliver sustainable margin gains. You shape a structured pipeline, validate savings, and lead cross-functional teams to improve repairs, field services, and material sourcing without compromising safety or quality. You will work to align cost-out initiatives with business targets and operational realities, delivering measurable impact. - Identify and prioritize cost-out opportunities to define a multi-year roadmap
- Develop and manage a structured cost-reduction pipeline with targets, owners, timelines, and savings validation
- Partner with AAJV, GEA and internal teams to reduce operational and material costs
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of cost-out projects with milestone tracking
- Analyze cost drivers across fleet value streams (Repairs, Rotables, Engines, OFS)




- Coordinate with Finance to ensure cost-out initiatives are reflected in Pu0026L
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Ensure cost-out actions do not compromise safety, compliance, or customer commitments
- Build accountability to sustain improvementsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Significant experience in operational improvement, Lean, or cost transformation
- Experience in industrial/energy services, maintenance, or asset-intensive environments
- Strong understanding of financial metrics, savings tracking, and business case development
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
