Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Pricing function’s evolution into a data-driven capability within the Integral Markets Pricing team in Madrid. You will collect, analyze, and model pricing data, build scalable data structures, and develop dashboards to inform decisions and improve forecasting. You will collaborate with underwriting and actuarial teams to ensure robust data governance and clear insights. This position offers the chance to shape pricing tooling and automation in a global insurance setting with a strong emphasis on stakeholder communication.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collect and analyze pricing and underwriting data from multiple sources to derive actionable insights
- Build predictive and analytical models to improve forecasting and decision-making accuracy
- Design, build and maintain well-structured databases to support scalable pricing tools
- Support the build and maintenance of rating engine structures and underlying databases in HX Renew and other pricing platforms
- Collaborate with the Pricing team to identify areas where data-driven insights and automation can improve operations




- Work with IT to ensure pricing data is stored and analyzed securely with solid database design
- Maintain documentation of data sources, processes and models for audit and governance
- Contribute to good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers/policyholdersResponsabilidades
- At least 3 years of experience in a data science, data analytics or database-focused role, preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of databases and SQL, with practical experience designing, building and querying relational databases
- Working knowledge of Power BI; Databricks or similar big data platforms is a plus
- Experience building predictive and analytical models to support business decision-making
- Solid understanding of, or strong interest in, pricing/actuarial processes and data
- Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience with HX Renew or similar pricing platforms, and exposure to data governance or data quality practices, is a plusRequisitos principales
