WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

We are seeking a highly skilled

and experienced Technical Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate

will possess a strong background in Telecommunications Engineering, with a

comprehensive understanding of Ground Segment Software development from a

system perspective. This role requires a professional with exceptional

analytical skills and extensive experience in managing complex projects.You will:Assist the Technical

Director in overseeing all technical activities and strategic planning.Lead and manage the development

of Ground Segment Software, ensuring the integration and functionality of

various system components.Lead proposals related to SATCOM

domainAnalyze project requirements,

develop detailed project plans, and ensure successful execution within scope,

budget, and timelines.Collaborate with

cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in technical

processes.Conduct regular technical

reviews and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay updated with the latest

technological advancements and industry trends, implementing relevant updates

to enhance system performance.Ensure compliance with industry

standards, regulations, and best practices.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in
- Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.Minimum




- of 10 years of experience in Ground Segment Software development with a system-level perspective.
- Proven
- experience in managing and delivering complex projects.Strong
- analytical skills with the ability to solve technical challenges effectivelyExcellent
- communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- with diverse teams.High
- level of EnglishSATCOM technologies: DTP, BFN,
- OBPNetwork 5G, LEO constellations, routing algorithmsLink budgets, basic electronic and RF knowledgeKnowledge
- of Kubernetes, microservices, and other modern software development frameworks
- and practices.Familiarity
- with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.Basic
- Level of French.
