Experteer Overview In this Senior Product Manager role, you own the multi-year brand strategy for the Respiratory indication and drive the Dupixent business plan. You collaborate with a cross-functional team across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and General Marketing to maximize impact and strengthen stakeholder relationships. You will shape global brands at the affiliate level, oversee resources, and manage the Au0026amp; P budget to optimize ROI. - Shape and own the multi-year brand strategy for the assigned indication, aligning with Therapeutic Area objectives and commercial targets
- Influence Global Marketing and localize global initiatives with strong market insights
- Lead cross-functional execution with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Public Affairs, Communication, Business Excellence and Sales
- Develop and deliver all field resources (promotional materials, sales tools) ensuring brand consistency and compliance




- Manage Au0026P budget to maximize ROI and optimize marketing investments
- Engage external stakeholders (KOLs, Scientific Societies, Patient Groups) to strengthen brand positioning
- Lead marketing training plans for current team and new hires in collaboration with Medical department
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to adapt strategies
- Ensure regulatory, legal, and ethical compliance in all marketing activitiesResponsabilidades
- Proven experience in Product Management or Marketing in pharma/healthcare with track record of leading business plans and cross-functional initiatives
- Experience as Sales Representative or in Market Access is valued
- Fluency in Spanish (native or C2) and English (C1)
