In this role you will shape a scalable, data-driven People function at Contentsquare, aligning integral processes with senior leadership. You’ll drive Workday strategy, governance and cross-functional delivery while enabling automation and AI. You’ll partner with Legal, Audit and Compliance to strengthen controls and data security. This is a chance to influence the global operating model and build smarter People tech.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday or related fields
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Interest in automation, AI and future of People Technology
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
