As Lead AI Tech Architect at BCG Platinion, you shape AI-enabled architectures for complex client transforms, balancing hands-on AI work with enterprise strategy. You own end-to-end architecture across applications, cloud, data, and security, guiding decisions and roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with client leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into scalable tech solutions. This role offers impact at the intersection of technology, design, and transformation in a global, fast-paced consulting environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead architecture and technical delivery of complex project modules from problem definition to implementation guidance
• Shape enterprise and solution architectures linking business priorities with applications, APIs, cloud, data, and security
• Guide clients through architectural trade-offs, align roadmaps and transformation priorities
• Define and evaluate AI and GenAI architecture approaches, including governance and deployment models




• Prototype and validate AI-enabled architecture choices using modern AI development tools
• Lead and mentor architects, consultants, and client teams to align on technical direction
• Contribute intellectual leadership by introducing new tech perspectives to client solutions

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years of experience in technology architecture, solution design, cloud architecture, or technology consulting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment with evolving client needs
