In this role, you lead end-to-end campaigns and logistics for the French market, guiding a small ops team and collaborating with Sales and Marketing to strengthen brand partnerships. You drive efficiency, quality, and proactive problem-solving across campaigns, analytics, and budgets. You’ll work in a fast-paced, international environment that values ownership and collaboration, delivering data-driven improvements. This is a chance to shape how Degusta Box connects food brands with consumers in Europe.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead projects and campaigns end-to-end, coordinating timelines and deliverables across stakeholders
• Manage complex logistics with B2B suppliers to safeguard deadlines and quality
• Serve as main client contact, ensuring proactive, results-driven communication
• Anticipate and resolve operational risks to protect client and business outcomes
• Analyze campaign and operational results to derive actionable insights
• Prepare detailed operational and KPI reports for stakeholders
• Oversee project budgets and optimize resource use
• Collaborate with Sales,



Marketing and Logistics to strengthen partnerships
• Mentor team members on project management and best practices
• Monitor industry trends to adapt processes and strategy
