- Commissioning Support — Assist the commissioning team during plant start‑up; ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and implement logic changes within the DCS (minimum 3 years of experience with Emerson systems).
- Control & Safety Validation — Ensure full verification of control loops and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) logic before hot commissioning.
- Operational Optimization — Reduce start‑up downtime through optimized HMI graphics and improved alarm prioritization.
- As‑Built Documentation — Deliver finalized red‑line P&IDs;, updated logic diagrams, and validated HMI screens.
- Quality & Sign‑off — Provide signed Loop Check sheets, SAT reports,



and a tracked software punch‑list.
- Handover Readiness — Supply operational SOPs and ensure a stable DCS environment ready for operations.

Selection will be based on objective criteria such as overall lifecycle cost, alignment with project delivery timelines, technical and commercial risk assessment, contractual considerations, and previous collaboration performance. The lowest price will not be the sole determining factor. A shortlist may be established following the initial evaluation of all received proposals.
