Experteer Overview In this role you design and govern cyber security architecture for the VOLT ecosystem, driving secure access across internal and external systems. You lead security solution design, align supplier commitments with Vodafone strategy, and steer end-to-end delivery while reducing cyber risk. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust security requirements and ensure audits and vulnerability remediation are handled effectively. - Define and implement security controls across systems and products
- Design and deploy security solutions to reduce risk
- Maintain secure software development lifecycle and coordinate vulnerability remediation
- Prepare for and participate in internal/external audits with required evidence
- Make architectural decisions to enable business in high-risk situations
- Deploy solutions and integrate into OSS architecture (identity and security management)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end delivery within time and budget
- Select and manage external suppliers and align vendor roadmaps with business strategy




- Continuously align business strategies with solution/product roadmaps and advise stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Strong OSS/BSS architecture knowledge
- Extensive IT security controls knowledge and log management
- Experience with User Access Management systems
- Security domain experience and operation tools
- OS, DB, Microsoft systems hardening knowledge
- Experience in Identity and Access Management (e.G., Sailpoint, Oracle) and remote access solutions (e.G., Citrix, ZTNA, MAVD)
- Experience with security tools (e.G., tripwire, SIEM, EDR, MFA, AV)
- Familiarity with Prince2 or similar project management methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver securely
- University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent
- At least 5 years in telecommunication or IT
- Proven track record in managing large and complex projects
