Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the technical expert supporting customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa to optimize water treatment systems using RO, NF, UF membranes and ion exchange resins. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, perform on-site audits, deliver training, and help pilot studies and system optimization. The role combines fieldwork with technical development to demonstrate value and drive customers’ performance improvements. You’ll contribute to a integral mission of delivering essential water innovations at scale.

• Provide technical support for RO, NF, UF membrane systems and ion exchange resin technologies across the EMEA region
• Partner with customers to understand water treatment challenges and develop tailored technical solutions
• Conduct on-site visits, technical audits, troubleshooting activities, and customer training programs
• Support membrane cleaning studies, performance evaluations, data normalization, and system optimization
• Assist customers during start-up and commissioning of UF, RO, and IER installations
• Manage pilot unit operation,



troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
• Support technology evaluations and customer trials to demonstrate value of solutions
• Prepare professional technical reports and recommendations for customers and internal stakeholders
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and seminars for customers and industry audiences
• Utilize design and modeling tools such as WAVE to develop technical proposals and optimize systems
• Ensure all activities comply with Environmental, Health u0026 Safety requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Water Technology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience supporting water treatment systems (UF, RO/NF, IER)
• Experience providing technical support, troubleshooting, commissioning, or field service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional proficiency in English; additional European languages a plus
• Willingness to travel ~60% across the EMEA region
