etc.).Interaction with the different Aon offices in the EMEA Region.Processing business flow in systems and documentation.Assisting the EMEA brokers to find the best solution when deploying Marlin´s capacity.Develop and maintain a good commercial / technical relationship with the EMEA network.Job RequirementsPreferably an academic degree (completed or in progress).Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry.Work experience as an underwriter and/or broker, preferably 1 or 2 years.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Key CompetenciesAnalytical ability.General knowledge of insurance/reinsurance.Interpersonal skills.Teamwork.Main ChallengesManagement and growth of reinsurance risk portfolios.Develop relationships with brokers within Aon Reinsurance across the different regions.2025-97391#J-18808-Ljbffr
