Experteer Overview
As a (Sr.) Project Manager, you will oversee both pre- and post-sales activities for server rack installations at data centers. You’ll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to ensure designs meet customer needs and delivery plans are realistic. You will coordinate with suppliers and production to align prototyping and mass production with site requirements. This role combines technical oversight with strong stakeholder communication to drive successful rack deployment projects. Your work will directly impact data center readiness and customer satisfaction.

• Capture customer requirements and project scope with sales and FAE teams for onsite rack deployments
• Create design proposals and delivery plans with engineering and project managers
• Coordinate material procurement with purchasing and suppliers for installation-ready packages
• Align integration and production timelines with onsite deployment needs

• Lead or participate in customer meetings to update on timelines and requirements




• Review project status in cross-team meetings to improve onsite installation processes
• Ensure installation processes meet industry standards and seek efficiency improvements
• Conduct site surveys to tailor rack systems to customer data centers
• Coordinate logistics with customer IT and facilities teams for deliveries and installations
• Supervise physical installation, ensuring alignment, placement, and cable management
• Troubleshoot on-site installation issues with technical teams and implement timely solutions
• Produce documentation and post-installation reports with configurations and recommendations
• Provide post-installation support to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of project or program management experience with substantial onsite rack installations
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and deployment
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel heavily, domestic and international
• Proficiency in English; French a plus
