Experteer Overview As an Employee Experience Specialist, you’ll drive a vibrant, transparent workplace by refining the employee lifecycle and supporting managers. You’ll own onboarding, performance tracking, and engagement surveys, while optimizing HR tech and internal knowledge systems. Your work enables cross-functional teams to deliver a superior employee experience and a culture aligned with Lodgify’s international, fast-growing environment. You’ll directly impact retention, performance, and collaboration at scale.Compensaciones / Ventajas - Manage core employee lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, performance reviews, individual plans tracking, exit interviews) to ensure a strong employee experience. - Develop and roll out manager toolkits and self-serve resources to enable effective leadership. - Administer company-wide engagement surveys, analyze results, and translate insights into action plans. - Own daily administration of HR tools (e.G., 15five) and related systems, ensuring smooth, up-to-date processes. - Create and maintain intuitive internal documentation (Notion) and People guides for accessibility and transparency.
