Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead day-to-day sprint content aligned to the roadmap and manage a cross-functional team through planning, testing, and delivery. You will drive Agile processes for large-scale projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth QA cycles and timely fixes. You will organize ceremonies, track progress, and nurture team cohesion while supporting career development. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering value through structured planning, proactive risk management, and strong communication.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own sprint content for the version in line with the roadmap
• Sprint tracking: estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications
• Assign topics to the team on the project
• Ensure smooth testing phases with QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes




• Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams
• Perform people management for team members
• Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression

Responsabilidades
• Significant and proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Agile
• Product Owner experience
• Strong listening and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, organized, autonomous, and able to drive positive change
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage people progression
