Experteer Overview
In this role you support cost-out efforts by turning data into actionable insights that reveal savings opportunities. You’ll develop cost models, dashboards, and trackers to monitor progress and inform decisions. You work cross-functionally with operations, finance, engineering, and product lines to validate assumptions and benchmark performance. You’ll analyze multiple value streams to identify drivers, overcharges, and inefficiencies, and you’ll communicate findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders. This position offers a data-driven pathway to measurable cost reductions within a mission-focused energy company.

• Analyze labor, materials, subcontractor, overhead, and other operating costs to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain cost models, dashboards, and savings trackers
• Support development of cost-out business cases with data and financial analysis
• Track initiative performance, validate savings, and report progress against targets
• Collaborate with operations, fulfillment, finance, engineering, and Product Line to gather data and confirm assumptions
• Develop deep dive analyses across value streams (Repairs, Rotables, Engines, OFS)

• Identify overspend, inefficiency, or leakage
• Prepare regular management reporting and executive summaries
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure data quality and consistency in cost reporting
• Assist with benchmarking and comparative analysis across sites, teams, or service lines
• Fluent in English

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experience
• Advanced analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced understanding of cost structures in industrial or services environments
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, databases, reporting tools, and ideally ERP/finance systems
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills to explain findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders
