At Tropicfeel, every person contributes an essential piece toward building an authentic, global, and cohesive brand.We are looking for a Footwear Designer Junior who will support the end-to-end footwear design process, from conceptual ideation and TechPack creation to market trend analysis and sustainable prototyping, ensuring high standards of innovation, quality, and brand alignment.Your challenge & roles:- Footwear Design Assistant- Innovation & Trend Contributor- Quality & Performance SupportYour responsibilities:Footwear Design Assistant- Assist in the footwear design process, from concept ideation to production-ready designs- Create and manage all footwear TechPacks- Build colour TechPacks based on the team’s requests and direction.- Create and compile detailed sample comments to communicate prototype revisions and next steps to suppliers.- Contribute to Colour Proposals for all Footwear- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and production,



to ensure alignment with brand vision and strategy.Innovation & Trend Contributor- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to help drive innovation in footwear design.- Support the senior team in executing the visionary direction for Tropicfeel's footwear collection- Seasonal Market Analysis Research & Conceptual Mood Boards.Quality & Performance Support- Monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of footwear designs, contributing to continuous improvement.- Integrate sustainable practices into the design process under the guidance of senior designers, ensuring Tropicfeel's commitment to environmental responsibility is reflected.- Assist with the prototyping and testing phases, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance are meetWhat are we looking for?- Degree or master in Product Design, Product Engineering, or Fashion Design.- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.- Solid working experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus basic proficiency in Excel.- Genuine passion for footwear design with hands‑on experience in footwear colors, materials, and/or product construction.- Prior experience using AI tools is a plus!What do we offer?- Culture of freedom, flexibility, and trust- Entrepreneurial environment that encourages innovation- Hybrid policy (3 days at the office, 2 days you can work from home)- Up to 2 full weeks + 10 days of remote work per year:
