Experteer Overview In this role you drive the smooth transition from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA across countries and business units from Liebherr’s new Madrid SAP Center. You’ll orchestrate cutover activities, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure go-live readiness and minimal disruption. You will operate in a general, cross-functional setting focused on a robust transformation program and methodical governance. This is a hands-on leadership position in a multinational environment with a clear impact on how Liebherr runs its business worldwide. You will be at the center of the digital transformation journey with a strong emphasis on planning, risks, and stakeholder alignment.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Establish detailed cutover plans, milestones, dependencies, checkpoints and execution timelines - Develop end-to-end cutover strategies aligned with deployment and release plans - Ensure alignment between business, IT, implementation partners, and local teams - Identify deployment risks and challenge assumptions to minimize business disruption - Define and continuously improve Cutover Management methodology, governance and standards - Own and facilitate cutover rehearsals,
