Experteer Overview
In this role you will optimize manufacturing processes within the Work Preparation team to support production ramp-up and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on PPS/SOIs and line balancing, and contribute to new media industrialization efforts. The position offers exposure to high-profile aerospace programs and a chance to shape manufacturing processes at Airbus. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values initiative and impact.

Responsabilidades
• Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline
• Experience: minimum 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Languages: Advanced English
• Technical knowledge: Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, advanced CATIA skills
• Soft skills: high adaptability, autonomy, proactivity, accountability
• Nice to have: Master’s degree in a relevant field
