We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Growth Marketing Manager (BNPL Product) to drive growth and optimize performance across our B2C acquisition channels for our BNPL / Shopping Card product. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and business.With a strong focus on new customer acquisition, growth, improving conversion, launching new features, and maximizing the impact of our B2C value proposition in the market.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive Go-To-Market strategies: Define audience segmentation, value proposition, positioning, and messaging to successfully launch new products and features within the merchant ecosystem- Own merchant conversion performance: Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across the funnel (from user acquisition to checkout completion) and implement data-driven initiatives to maximize results- Lead growth-focused campaigns: Design and execute campaigns aimed at increasing adoption, engagement, and revenue across key merchants and verticals- Optimize the merchant journey: Analyze user behavior and merchant performance to identify friction points and improve the end-to-end customer experience- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Product, Sales, Risk, and Marketing teams, as well as external partners and agencies, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives- Leverage data and insights:
