This role is designed for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, who is keen to gain hands‑on experience across operations, logistics, and customer interaction within a growing fashion company.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day management of B2C and B2B orders, including processing, follow‑up, and issue resolution.Assist with orders returns, exchanges, and coordination with logistics partners.Help monitor stock levels and delivery timelines to ensure smooth operations.Prepare and maintain Excel reports on orders, sales, and inventory.Manage day-to-day customer service support,
