Gala Capital is looking for an experienced, hands-on Accountant to join our finance team and manage the day-to-day accounting and tax matters of several companies within the Group. We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, resourceful, and comfortable working independently. The role provides exposure to a variety of companies, investments, and transactions, making it particularly well suited for someone who enjoys working in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Day-to-day accounting: invoices, bank transactions, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, depreciation, and provisions. Monthly and year-end closing: preparation of monthly and annual closings and support in the preparation of annual financial statements.

VAT and tax compliance: preparation and filing of VAT returns, withholding taxes, and other recurring tax obligations.

Cash management: monitoring bank balances, payments, and collections.

Audit: preparation of documentation and coordination with external auditors.

Public authorities: Filing of documentation with the relevant authorities.

Reporting:



preparation of accounting and financial information for Management, as well as support with other financial and administrative matters across the Group.

What We Are Looking For Previous experience in an accounting role. Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting principles and regulations. Good command of Excel and accounting software.

English.
