Role Description The Agente role is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting international clients throughout their real estate investment and residency journey in Spain. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with prospective and existing clients, understanding their investment and relocation needs, and presenting suitable property and residency options. The Agente will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to assist with property sourcing, documentation, and administrative processes, ensuring clear, accurate,



and timely information is provided.

The role involves maintaining detailed records of client interactions, preparing reports and updates on ongoing deals, and contributing to the improvement of advisory and brokerage processes. The Agente is expected to deliver professional, client-centered service while working collaboratively across time zones and cultures.

Qualifications

- Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, including the ability to understand investment needs and provide tailored guidance.

- Experience in real estate, investment, or financial services, with familiarity in property acquisition and residency processes considered an asset.

- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish and/or Arabic is highly beneficial.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote, full-time environment, demonstrating self-organization, reliability, and attention to detail.

- Comfort working with digital tools (CRM systems, online communication platforms, document management software) and handling sensitive client information securely.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess opportunities, address client questions, and navigate legal or administrative requirements.

- Background in business, finance, law, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.

- Cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate with international clients and partners across different regions and time zones.
