Co-Listing Agent – Airbnb Property Management

CoHostiCo is expanding its international team and is looking for Co-Listing Agents in EMEA with an active, verified Airbnb account.

This is a remote opportunity you can do part-time alongside your current work or full-time.

What You'll Do

As a Co-Listing Agent, you will work with properties supplied by CoHostiCo and its property management partners.

Your responsibilities include

- Publishing and managing property listings through your own verified Airbnb account
- Setting and updating pricing and availability
- Responding to guest messages through Airbnb
- Keeping listings accurate and up to date

You do not need to own a property. CoHostiCo and its property management partners handle the operational side, including reservations, payments, check-ins and cleaning.

Compensation

Part-Time: £1,100 GBP/month

Approximately 20 versátil hours per week

Full-Time: £2,200 GBP/month (Flex hours)





Approximately 40 hours per week

Plus: 2% of confirmed bookings on the properties you manage.

Payments are made monthly by bank transfer in GBP.

Requirements

- You must have an active and verified Airbnb account
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Strong written communication skills
- Reliable internet access
- Experience with Airbnb, hospitality, travel, property management or customer service is helpful

Important You will work from your own Airbnb account. CoHostiCo does not ask for your Airbnb password or login credentials.

We provide training, tools, and ongoing support.
