We're looking for a Business Process Analyst to help optimize the operations behind our payment infrastructure. Working with internal teams and processing partners,



you'll turn traffic data into clear insights and practical process improvements - a great fit for a detail-oriented analyst who thrives on solving operational challenges in a fast-growing fintech environment. Monitor merchant, provider, and terminal traffic to ensure optimal system performance Manage and optimize Visa principal traffic distribution across processing channels Monitoring and analyzing conversion rates, identifying pain points and errors, and implementing improvements Organize and deliver training sessions on system operations and analytics for colleagues across departments Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in financial or business analysis, or in roles focused on process improvement Experience working with data analysis tools and advanced Excel skills Employment will be under the appropriate legal entity based on the role and location.
