In this role you will lead communication, change management, and capability-building within Global Procurement Transformation. You will partner with procurement and digital teams to ensure adoption of new tools, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven ways of working. You’ll craft reusable assets, manage stakeholder engagement, and shape transformation storytelling to embed changes across a integral audience.

This position offers impact at scale and a chance to influence how procurement evolves in a digital, agile environment.

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years of procurement experience in a global corporate environment
- Strong ability to create clear communication plans and manage change readiness, impact assessment, adoption planning, and measurement
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfort with digital tools, AI-enabled technologies, data, and Microsoft Office applications
