In this role you will design and drive IT resilience, risk management, and compliance programs aligned with Roche’s business objectives. You will lead advanced risk assessments, shape audit and continuity programs, and set best practices for handling disruptions and regulatory requirements. As a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll guide incident responses and ensure scalable, future-proof risk solutions across the enterprise.

You will work closely with leadership to align policies with business needs and industry best practices. This is an opportunity to impact healthcare delivery by strengthening resilience and governance across the organization.

- Develop refined risk management, compliance, and continuity strategies and recovery plans
- Improve policies to enhance effectiveness and compliance frameworks
- Deliver advanced training on risk, audit, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) best practices
- Review and update documentation for accuracy
- Lead responses to critical IT risk, audit,



and continuity events
- Establish best practices for disruptions and compliance issues
- Conduct post-incident reviews and train teams on advanced problem-solving
- Coordinate with high-level stakeholders to discuss compliance, audit matters, and continuity
- Align risk/continuity policies with stakeholder needs
- Oversee enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and continuity initiatives
- Evaluate and select tools for enterprise management
- Ensure scalability and future-proofing of resilience technologies xugodme

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience in designing and implementing IT resilience strategies
- Proven track record with complex risk assessments and audit programs
- Experience managing relationships with high-level stakeholders and leadership
- Expertise in risk management, audit, compliance, and business continuity technologies
- Ability to evaluate and select enterprise tools and scale resilience solutions
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and incident leadership
