You'll play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, helping teams increase efficiency through automation, AI, Business Intelligence, and data-driven decision-making.

? What You’ll Do

- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI use cases across different business areas.
- Design and develop automation solutions using Power Platform, N8N, Celonis, and similar technologies.
- Lead and contribute to projects involving Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Qlik Cloud.
- Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
- Develop impactful dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that support business decisions.
- Act as an internal consultant on Automation, AI, and BI topics, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
- Drive technical initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring successful adoption and value delivery.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams in digital transformation projects.

✅ What We’re Looking For




- Hands-on experience with Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Business Intelligence solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Qlik Cloud, and Power Platform.
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions in business environments.
- Ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Interest in emerging technologies and practical AI applications.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

? Background & Experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Automation, AI, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience delivering technical solutions from design through implementation and support.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
