Who We AreWe are looking for a Middle-Senior Backend Developer / Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 engineering support for SAP PowerDesigner. You will investigate complex customer issues, debug and maintain backend components, develop and validate hotfixes, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute targeted product improvements in a long-term enterprise support environment. You will work in an English-speaking, distributed product-support organization serving SAP stakeholders and enterprise customers.

The role combines hands‐on backend development with operational support: incident ownership, customer-focused investigation, maintenance engineering, and continuous improvement.
