New Relic is seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join the Personalization team on a greenfield project. You will design, build, and operate backend services and streaming pipelines, turning behavioral signals into segments and models used across classic UI and agentic experiences.

You will work in AWS infrastructure, using Java, Spring, GraphQL, NoSQL, Kubernetes, Kafka and AWS, with a focus on scalable, resilient systems and on-call ownership. Fluency in English is required.
