An Aranese-speaking Banking Customer Service Agent is needed for a team based in Valencia, Spain.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments
- Resolve issues accurately and in line with procedures
- Protect customer data at every step
- Guide customers through digital banking services

Requirements:

- Fluent Aranese, written and spoken
- Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above
- High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued
- The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language
- Clear, professional communication, written and spoken




- Organised and able to handle several cases at once

Working Conditions:

- Work model: On-Site
- Schedule: Morning – 08:00–16:00
- Paid training: 25 days
- Start date: 2 November 2026
- Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance
- Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour
- 38.5 hours per week
