The Business

Analyst plays a key role in enabling shared understanding between Product, stakeholders, and engineering teams. By bridging business intent with technical execution, the role ensures that objectives are clearly understood, explored, and translated into actionable, testable requirements. Working closely within the development function, the Business Analyst supports teams throughout discovery, refinement, and delivery, helping reduce ambiguity and improve clarity across all stages.

Additionally, the Business Analyst contributes to identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), supporting the adoption of practical and value-driven solutions within both product features and internal workflows. Bridge the gap between Product, stakeholders, and development teams by ensuring a clear and shared understanding of business objectives, intent, and expected outcomes.



Proactively identify gaps or missing context in requirements to minimize blockers during development and testing phases.

Collaborate with developers, QA, architects, and Team Leaders throughout the lifecycle, contributing to clarity rather than controlling delivery. Strong experience translating complex business needs into clear, testable requirements and user stories. Solid experience working within Agile environments, actively contributing to refinement, planning, and delivery.

Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect business context with technical execution. Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations , and experience applying AI-assisted tools in analysis or workflows. Exposure to data analysis or data-driven decision making .
