At UKG, BDRs don't just make calls — they architect growth. As a Business Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with your Account Executives to drive growth in the Spanish market.

- Own and manage your territory strategy for Spanish companies




- Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Conduct structured discovery conversations
- Partner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities
- Consistently generate qualified pipeline tied to commission goals
- Continuously nurture accounts and contacts to uncover new opportunities

Contribute to team initiatives around process improvement, new outreach strategies, data enrichment, and CRM quality.

Located in or near Barcelona

- Fluent in Spanish and good English level (B2)
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Exposure to structured sales methodologies (Eg: MEDDIC)
