As a Business Process Analyst at Super, you will combine business analysis, process modelling, and emerging technology — including AI — to drive end-to-end business improvement across multiple functions and geographies. Bridging business and technology, you will leverage BPMN methodologies, process tools, and data insights to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What the role involvesAnalyse and document business requirements across multiple functions and geographiesMap and model business processes using BPMN 2.0 standardsUse BPM tools such as BusinessOptix or SAP Signavio to design, analyse, and optimise processesConduct as-is / to-be analysis to identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunitiesPartner with stakeholders to align business needs with technology and data-driven solutionsSupport the identification and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities, including process automation, decision support, and predictive analyticsFacilitate workshops, process discovery sessions,
