In this role, you shape digital solutions to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency across MPC’s refining network. You partner with operators and end users to deliver innovative capabilities using digital twins, connected worker tech, and industrial data platforms. You will translate operational needs into actionable digital initiatives that create business value and drive adoption.

You work closely with cross-functional teams to implement impactful solutions that advance MPC’s refining digital future.

- Define and optimize business processes to measure, analyze, improve, and control performance
- Lead initiatives from concept to implementation with a focus on outcomes, value realization, and user adoption
- Communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders and assess cross-functional impacts of specifications
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure delivery of strategic digital initiatives
- Recommend system alternatives and enhancements to current tools




- Analyze performance data to inform planning and apply iterative improvement
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support implementation decisions
- Support improvements in team workflows and IT service management practices
- Coordinate test case development and support for technology delivery strategy
- Plan and document user stories and feedback to guide prototyping and wireframes

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Data Contextualization or Industrial xugodme Digital Twin technologies preferred
- Experience supporting refining, manufacturing, OT environments preferred
- Experience developing or supporting digital tools for rounds, logbooks, task tracking, or digital permitting preferred
- Proven ability to drive effort across diverse teams in complex environments preferred
