Overview In this role you lead the product strategy for an AI-driven SaaS platform, collaborating with the CEO to shape the vision and roadmap. You will drive AI-powered features across the platform, balancing performance and cost, while mentoring a growing product team. You’ll stay closely connected with clients and partner agencies to gather insights and ensure solutions meet real business needs.

You’ll work with engineering to deliver reliable, scalable AI capabilities in production and align with the company’s client-centric mission.

Responsabilidades Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap with executive alignment Identify opportunities to apply LLMs and AI across the platform (chat, QA, analytics, automation, onboarding, support) Lead, mentor, and scale the product team with a focus on craftsmanship and discovery Maintain continuous client engagement,
