We are a newly formed product company. We build custom AI systems and technologies for mid to large-sized firms in traditional industries. We are not an agency and we have no interest in becoming one.

Our founding team has built and scaled multiple companies before, including in similar model.

The role

You are the first engineering hire and the technical half of the founding team. You will scope projects alongside the commercial side, build the first version yourself, and then hire and lead the engineers who come after you.

This is a hands-on founding seat, not a management layer. For the first sever al months you are the engineering team.

What you will own

- Joining client calls to scope and price real projects live: what it is, how long it takes, what it costs, and what the technical risks are
- Building version one end to end, independently
- Architecting every system to be resold from the first commit. Multi-tenancy, configurability and vertical-generic design are requirements, not refinements. Software written for a single client is a failed outcome here
- Every technical decision: architecture, stack, model selection, build versus buy, infrastructure and cost control
- Defining what we can honestly commit to a client before anyone signs
- Hiring, onboarding and leading the engineering team once projects are funded
- Turning each delivered build into a productized offering for the wider vertical

What we are looking for

- 5+ years building and shipping production software end to end, with genuine ownership rather than contribution
- Substantial hands-on experience with modern AI systems in production: generative models, agent architectures, retrieval, orchestration,



evaluation and cost control. You understand where these systems are reliable and where they fail quietly
- Experience designing multi-tenant or productized software, or a clear and specific account of how you would
- The ability to sit with a non-technical business owner, understand what they actually need, and translate it into something buildable, without jargon
- Fluent Spanish and working English. Our first market is Spain and you will be client-facing from your first month
- A record of finishing. We would rather see three things you shipped than a long CV

Nice to have

- Founding or early-stage experience, particularly as the first technical hire
- Background in construction tech, proptech, architecture software, or 3D and visual generation pipelines
- Experience pricing and scoping client work

- Compensation reviewed as soon as the company reaches break-even, which we expect within six months of the first closed project
- Fully remote (MIGHT be Hybrid as we grow), with the team across Europe and the Middle East

We are deliberately transparent about stage. We are pre-revenue and pre-launch. The base salary reflects that, and the package is weighted heavily toward equity and project share. If you need market-rate cash compensation today, this is not the right role, and we would rather establish that in the first conversation.
