Your missionYou will be a key commercial growth driver for the mid-market segment across MENA.You will own the full commercial relationship, from prospecting and closing new business to supporting existing clients as they expand their use of LinkedIn's Talent & Learning suite. Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentations, negotiations and closing. Analyse market and client data to identify opportunities and build strong account plans.

What we're looking forNative or fully fluent Arabic speaker,



with a strong understanding of international business environments. C1 level of English or equivalent professional fluency. Intermediate level of Spanish, as you will be working from our Madrid office and collaborating with a Spanish-speaking team.

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally in SaaS, HR Tech, digital services or consultative sales. A results-driven commercial profile with a proven ability to open new markets, acquire new accounts and grow client relationships. Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, with autonomy, strong organisational skills and clear prioritisation.

Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools, together with an interest in learning new platforms. Arabic language skills will be considered a strong advantage. Hybrid working model, with 30% remote work.
