Overview In this role you will maintain reliable, secure, and efficient public-cloud infrastructure and cloud-native apps. You’ll own operations, automation, observability, and incident response while collaborating with cross-border teams. The position emphasizes governance, cost and security compliance, and scalable releases. You’ll work in Mandarin with teams in China to standardize infrastructure and drive production excellence.

Responsabilidades Operate day-to-day public-cloud infrastructure including containers, VMs, storage, and networking Maintain stability, security, and standardisation of cloud platforms, databases, middleware, and business apps Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for controlled, repeatable releases Run Kubernetes-based, containerised, cloud-native apps in production Build and maintain monitoring, dashboards, logging, and alerting; perform root-cause analysis of incidents Support production releases, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks,



and implement preventive improvements Collaborate daily in Mandarin with technical teams in China to implement common standards Support application migration, architecture optimisation, resource planning, and cloud-cost optimisation Ensure compliance with European data-protection and privacy requirements Participate in on-call rotation for urgent production incidents Requisitos principales Experience with public-cloud infrastructure and cloud-native applications Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerised deployments Strong CI/CD design and implementation skills Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting Incident response and root-cause analysis能力 Mandarin language collaboration with teams in China Knowledge of data protection and privacy requirements (EU) Ability to participate in on-call rotations Collaborative mindset Strong problem-solving abilities Effective cross-functional communication Kubernetes and container orchestration Public cloud platforms and networking CI/CD pipelines and automation
