The ideal candidate will be responsible for Lead end-to-end project management of the Connectivity & Decoupling program, driving execution of its strategy — safeguarding milestone delivery, controlled consumption (effort / capacity / budget), and cross-functional coordination across Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, Security and the operating entities involved.

Responsibilities

- Program Planning & Governance

Define and maintain the program plan, milestones and RAID log; ensure execution discipline across workstreams and track dependencies across operating entities.
- Execution & Delivery Tracking

Ensure timely, quality delivery of Dual Track workstreams; monitor progress against the roadmap; escalate deviations until resolution.
- Risk & Dependency Management

Identify, track and mitigate cross-OE risks and dependencies, with full traceability and structured escalation until closure.
- Cross-functional Coordination

Continuously align C-level CIO stakeholders across operating entities, Architecture, Infrastructure and Security to keep the program coherent end to end; avoid silos.
- Financial & Resource Control
- Reporting & Executive Communication

Monitor program budget, resource allocation and burn rate vs plan; ensure cost-vs-value alignment. End-to-end program reporting (status, risks, decisions required); prepare OpCo and SteerCo and executive level reports.

Qualifications

- Proven experience managing large-scale IT connectivity / transformation programs in complex, multi-country environments.
- Senior PM profile with strong governance, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.




- Experience with iterative delivery models and phased architecture transformation programs.
- Familiarity with IT outsourcing and vendor consolidation frameworks; understanding of DORA/GDPR compliance requirements.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification or equivalent proven experience.
