All client information is recorded in our CRM, so basic computer proficiency is required, and you will be kept fully updated on every new development on the coast and on all our exclusive resale homes. Intensive in-house and external training to become a licensed real estate agent, a continuous flow of enquiries from our own marketing, and an established portfolio in one of Europe's most active property markets. Availability to work on-site, with good local knowledge of the Costa del Sol market Proficiency with CRM, property listing platforms and digital communication tools Spanish and English highly valued; Organisation, reliability and the ability to manage several clients and properties at once
