Project coordination in a bustling, deadline-driven environment Working closely with clients in Italian-speaking markets and multinational internal teams Quality control of Italian content in a wide variety of styles, terminologies,



and formats Overseeing the creation of editorial briefs and glossaries Ensuring copy adheres to the client's desired style, tone of voice, and brand image Balancing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring profitability of projects Recruitment and training of copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders Italian ( native-speaker level required ), English and French Linguistic project management, journalistic, or translation background Strong writing and editing skills Solid work ethic, team player, dedicated to seeing challenging projects through to completion Excellent knowledge of Office tools, interest in new technologies, computer savvy Contract & Working Hours Permanent Full-Time Contract - 40h/week Monday to Friday, from 09:30 to 18:00 23 days of holidays + versátil public holidays 1 remote day/week Individual health insurance company-paid
