In this role, you will support and optimize the EU External Fulfilment 3PL network, driving KPI performance and operational excellence within the Control Tower. You will work cross-functionally with 3PL providers and Amazon teams to resolve daily issues and lead process-improvement projects that enhance visibility and standardization. You’ll be at the forefront of EU EF transformation, shaping outbound operations and cross-network collaboration.

This is a hands-on role that combines problem solving with data-driven improvements to deliver reliable, scalable fulfillment support.

- Provide reactive and proactive Operational Support to 3PL providers and Amazon internal teams.




- Resolve daily operational challenges in collaboration with 3PL partners and Amazon stakeholders.
- Monitor and drive KPI management across the 3PL network.
- Facilitate communication between 3PLs, problem solvers, and node managers.
- Lead internal Process Improvement projects to enhance and automate Control Tower services.

Responsabilidades

- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience with data analytics and using metrics to identify problems
- Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
